Our super-premium ice cream is made from a 14% butterfat mix with 35-40% overrun. This along with our uniquely blended recipe is what makes our ice cream so rich, creamy and smooth. It's also what makes our ice cream a consistent winner through the World Dairy Expo, LA International Dairy Competition and National Ice Cream Retailers Association. All of our ice cream is Certified Kosher by Chicago Rabbinical Council
